  • I wanted to create a game that helped create habits in people that would lead to positive change for the environment.

  • I researched into clothes waste and clothes charities to understand goal one of the sustainable development goals created by the United Nations.

  • One of the points of this goal is to reduce clothes waste by recycling and reusing preloved clothes. Some of the ways this can be achieved is through donating clothes and recycling them into textiles.

 

  • I was inspired by games like 'Unpacking' because through people playing this game there was a habit-forming effect caused by the gameplay, creating a habit in organisation.

 

  • I learned that creating a competitive nature to the game allowed for a quicker habits to form as well as these habits to be formed subconsciously within the people who played it.
